1895 1C PR67 Red and Brown NGC. A total of 880 proof Indian Head cents were issued in silver-minor proof sets alongside the famous 1895 proof dollars. An additional 1,182 examples were distributed in minor proof sets, bringing the total mintage to 2,062 proofs. Copper-red tones dominate this Superb Gem specimen. Amber-gold elements in the fields likely preclude a full Red designation. Razor-sharp, as one might expect of a proof strike, and free from noticeable contact.
