1898 1C PR65 Red PCGS. Decisively struck with surfaces that sport a lovely blend of carrot-orange and pumpkin. A tiny contact mark appears at the truncation, though this is consistent with the grade assigned. An attractive example of this late 19th century Indian proof issue.
