Description

1902 Indian Cent, PR67 Red Cameo
An Immaculate Coin With Stunning Color

1902 1C PR67 Red Cameo PCGS. CAC. Ex: Perfection 2. The "Perfection" moniker is appropriate, as this Superb Gem Red Cameo proof is the sole finest of this issue at PCGS and NGC combined. Rich honey-gold and orange surfaces predominate, ceding on portions of each side to vivid cherry-red. The reflective fields contrast sufficiently against the frosted, raised devices to merit a Cameo designation, in all a coin of simply stunning quality with no mentionable drawbacks. The proof strike is uniformly sharp throughout both sides. Population: 1 in 67 Cameo, 0 finer (12/15). This is, of course, the sole CAC example in this grade as well.
