1907 1C PR66 Red PCGS. Ex: Richard. While the 1907 has the highest business strike mintage in the series with more than 108 million pieces struck, only 1,475 proofs were produced. This exemplary representative is medium green-gold across the obverse and bright peach-gold throughout the reverse. Precisely struck, and limited to only inconsequential carbon. Population: 14 in 66 Red, 1 finer (6/08).Ex: Richard Collection (Heritage, 1/2004), lot 4578, which realized $2,530.
