1973-S 50C PR70 Deep Cameo PCGS. More than 4,500 1973-S Kennedy halves have been encapsulated at the PR69 Deep Cameo level, but a staggeringly low 17 pieces have been granted the coveted PR70 Deep Cameo designation (9/11). Early Kennedy halves with intense cameo contrast are challenging in any grade, but they become rare in the theoretically perfect grade of PR70. Competition for these few early Kennedy half proofs is intense among Registry Set collectors.
