1841 Cent, N-1
1841 1C PR63 Red and Brown PCGS Secure. N-1, R.5. Imposing
from the technical perspective, this proof Braided Hair cent lacks
any hairlines or contact marks. Rich jade-green, cherry-red, and
orange-gold patina embraces the obverse. The reverse has a
lilac-red center and a peach-gold border along with occasional
shades of deep forest-green. The strike is a bit uneven with sharp
centers and a soft delivery on the right-side stars. Our EAC grade
PR60.(Registry values: P1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 226S, PCGS# 1953, Greysheet# 1082)
