1907 $20 Liberty PR55 NGC. JD-1, R.5. The final year of Coronet double eagle production included a mintage of 78 proofs. This PR55 representative is one of perhaps 45 to 60 examples of the date that still survive in proof format. Yellow-gold surfaces feature flashy fields and partial contrast. Light rub and a few superficial marks explain the grade.(Registry values: P1)
