    Description

PCGS 1907 PR 62. Struck during the mint's period of producing no-contrast proofs, this piece is deeply mirrored in the fields and the hairlines scattered across each side do little to subdue the intense flash from the mirrored surfaces. Pinpoint striking details and showing no obvious or mentionable surface impairments other than the aforementioned hairlining.
