1895 5C PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. The devices are satiny on this
coin rather than frosty, although strong cameo contrast is still
present on both sides. Strike sharpness lacks nothing, and the
preservation is outstanding. The 1895 proof is elusive in any Cameo
grade, and PCGS has only seen one coin that qualified as a Deep
Cameo. Population: 13 in 66 Cameo, 4 finer; 1 in 66 (1 in 66+) Deep
