Undesignated Contrast
1892 $2 1/2 JD-1, R.5, PR63 PCGS. The coin, housed in a
generation 3.1 green label holder, displays remarkable ochre-gold
luster with distinct undesignated contrast. There are some light
abrasions on the piece that are not overly detracting from the
appeal. A survivorship of just 50-75 pieces from the original 105
proofs remain, with just 15 coins seen by PCGS exceeding Select
