High Quality Cameo Proof 1900 Quarter Eagle

1900 PR 66 Cameo NGC. Easily recognized as a proof not only by its mirrored fields, but also by the die file mark extending down from the base of the T in LIBERTY. The number of proofs for this turn-of-the century issue was increased to 205 pieces and the relatively high number of survivors ranges in contrast from moderate to none-at-all. The surfaces here are decidedly two-toned and only a single, discreet obverse hairline preludes an even higher rating.
