Description

1903 $2 1/2 PR 61 PCGS. A boldly impressed proof that is unfortunately marred by serious surface disturbances. The obverse displays thick, mottled haziness that inhibits the reflectivity of the underlying fields. The reverse exhibits unsightly crimson-red encrustation that is concentrated predominantly around the peripheral devices.
