Description

1906 PR 63 PCGS. While not considered a rare proof date, we have handled few examples of this issue over the past five years. Of the 160 pieces originally produced, today perhaps as many as 65 allegedly exist in all grades. This piece is certainly recognizable as a proof by its deeply reflective fields and intricate striking details. A no-contrast proof, there are a few scattered hairlines in the fields which account for the grade.
