Description
1910 Cent, PR66 Red and Brown
Scarce in This Grade and Color
1910 1C PR66 Red and Brown PCGS. The matte proof 1910
Lincoln cent comes from a relatively generous mintage of 4,083
pieces, but Premium Gems in all three color designations are very
scarce and rare any finer. Because these proofs were wrapped in
tissue paper when sold, the majority have completely or partially
toned from the sulphur (Flynn, 2009). A good amount of luster
remains on both sides of this PR66. Additionally, the design
elements are sharply struck and neither side reveals significant
marks or spots. This specimen displays pleasing eye appeal.
Population: 24 in 66 (1 in 66+) Red and Brown, 4 finer
(2/14).(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22KT, PCGS# 3307, Greysheet# 2477)
