1913 1C PR65 Red PCGS. From a large mintage of 2,983 pieces, the 1913 proof Lincoln cent is the most available issue of the matte proof era. Still, examples are elusive in an absolute sense, and very scarce in Gem condition with the Red designation. The present coin is a fully struck Gem, with bright red surfaces and hints of orange color in places. Housed in a green label holder. Population: 41 in 65 Red, 28 finer (8/10).(Registry values: N1793)
