1915 Matte PR65 Red Cent
Very Scarce Type Coin
1915 1C PR65 Red PCGS. The production of matte proof
Lincolns was limited to just 1,150 pieces this year and percentage
of Gem quality Red survivors is quite low. This remarkably struck
specimen has just begun to mellow on Lincoln's portrait and the
especially vibrant reverse has a splash of pinkish-gold color
across the center. Population: 17 in 65 Red, 9 finer (1/16).Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 6/2002), lot 5389.(Registry values: N2998)
