1916 1C PR66 Brown NGC. This final-year matte proof Lincoln
cent is one of 1,050 examples struck at the Philadelphia Mint in
1916. The surfaces have mellowed to golden-tan overall, though
partial copper color remains. A slight woodgrain pattern is noted.
