Impressive PR66 Red and Brown
1916 Lincoln Cent

1916 1C PR66 Red and Brown PCGS. The final year of matte proof cent production, by which time mintage had dwindled to just 600 pieces. Undoubtedly, sales were depressed by the unavailability of the new silver designs in proof format. This is a fully struck and satiny brick-red Premium Gem with exemplary carbon-free surfaces. Encapsulated in a green label holder.
