1936 1C Type One--Satin Finish PR65 Red NGC. This is a
well-struck and problem-free Gem Red example of this popular
first-year proof of the modern era, with the satin finish that was
only used in this single year. Examples in even higher grades are
scarce and hard to come by. Medium orange-gold surfaces are devoid
of carbon or other distractions. NGC has certified only 7 finer Red
