1938 1C PR67 Red PCGS. An available proof date, the 1938
Lincoln cent is often seen with delicate toning. The present coin
displays brick-red fields on both sides, with a touch of jade on
the reverse rim. The issue is rare at the PR67 Red level, and no
coins have been certified with a higher technical grade in the Red
category at either of the leading grading services. Population: 28
