We cannot find any troublesome hairlines or handling marks whatsoever on the gleaming, vibrant-red surfaces. The 1940 proof is rare in PR67 condition and unknown finer at PCGS in any color or format. Population: 22 in 67 Red, 0 finer (10/19).(Registry values: N991)
