Description

1941 Cent, PR67 Red
Ideal Registry Candidate
Tied For Finest Certified

1941 1C PR67 Red PCGS. Proof Lincoln cent production continued its ascent in 1941, when 21,100 specimens were manufactured. Surprisingly, Premium Gems with Red surfaces are very scarce, and PR67 Red examples are extremely rare. The latter are highly sought-after among dedicated Registry Set collectors. This spectacular proof cent has seemingly pristine copper-gold coloration and complete design detail, as is to be expected. Reflective fields are essentially devoid of contact. A fantastic example worthy of inclusion in the finest collection of proof Lincoln cents. PCGS has certified eight PR67 Red submissions and none finer (11/16).(Registry values: N991)
