1963 1C PR69 Red PCGS. A radiant orange-red Cent with surfaces that are pristine and virtually carbonless. Tiny and fully retained laminations (as made) are observed below the U in UNITED, below the E in E PLURIBUS UNUM, and above the E in ONE.
