Splendid Peripheral Patina
1936 10C PR67 PCGS. CAC. The borders are magnificently toned
in lemon-gold, ruby-red, and apple-green. Fully struck and
pristine. The lowest mintage date within the short proof subset of
the series. Presumably, collectors that year were too busy chasing
the latest silver commemorative issue to secure proof sets of the
circulating denominations. Population: 46 in 67, 1 finer
