1937 10C PR68 PCGS. Ex: Tom Mershon Collection. This virtually perfect proof Mercury dime boasts brilliant surfaces and just a whisper of even golden toning. The fields and devices have comparable luster, with a full cartwheel effect. This example is tied for finest certified by PCGS, although we can imagine no other with finer appeal than the present example.
