1938 10C PR68 NGC. This fully brilliant Superb Gem has a needle-sharp strike, and even a lengthy perusal beneath a light and loupe fails to locate the slightest imperfection. The dies are rotated counterclockwise. Scarcer than the 1939 to 1942 dates that close the proof series.
