Practically Unimprovable
1942 10C PR68+ PCGS. CAC. This 1942 proof dime is toned
around the borders in iridescent patina that includes neon-green,
purple, and orange color, while the dusky centers are mostly
cream-gray. All-around quality is practically unimprovable. PCGS
lists three finer submissions. CAC: 51 in 68, 3 finer
