Sharply Struck, Dark Toning
1880 $1 PR66 PCGS. From a mintage of 1,355 pieces, the 1880
proof Morgan dollar is quite scarce at the Premium Gem level. The
present coin is darkly toned in intermingled shades of lavender and
green. All details are sharply rendered and the fields are brightly
reflective under the toning. Population: 26 in 66, 25 finer
