Splendid 1884 Morgan Dollar, Gem Proof
1884 $1 PR65 NGC. Although NGC did not designate this piece Cameo, the lightly frosted devices create moderate contrast against the watery, deeply mirrored fields, particularly on the reverse. This boldly struck specimen has only a couple of light hairlines in the fields but is otherwise flawless. Only 875 proofs were struck.
