Description

1888 Morgan Dollar, PR62 Cameo
Well-Contrasted Example

1888 $1 PR62 Cameo PCGS. Mostly brilliant surfaces exhibit wispy hints of champagne on the edges of this 1888 PR62 Cameo dollar. Small tufts of sky-blue and jade drift around the date. The devices are thickly frosted and remarkably pristine, as the fields are deeply reflective and complement impressive contrast. Typical softness shows on the hair over Liberty's ear, with faint denticle die clashes seen on the bottom obverse edge. A loupe shows a few tiny field nicks and light hairlines that account for the grade.(Registry values: N1793)
