Splendid 1889 Morgan Dollar, PR64 Cameo
1889 $1 PR64 Cameo PCGS. A splendid Choice Cameo proof, this 1889 Morgan has fully brilliant silver surfaces with a trace of pale champagne toning near the borders. A couple tiny lines on the obverse motif prevent a higher grade.
