Lovely 1890 Morgan Dollar, PR65

1890 $1 PR65 NGC. In the absence of new designs, proof mintages of Morgan dollars dwindled to a low of 590 pieces in 1890. The production would more than double by 1892, when Barber's dime through half were released. The present boldly struck Gem has light orange toning and a beautifully undisturbed appearance. Census: 20 in 65, 46 finer (1/08).
