1890 $1 PR66 Cameo NGC. Brilliantly mirrored design elements
contrast vividly with light-silver devices. The fields are devoid
of troublesome abrasions, and striking detail is exquisite on both
sides. The 1890 proof dollar has the lowest mintage of the entire
series at just 590 coins. Just 24 NGC certifications are finer than
