Description
1891 Morgan, PR67+ Cameo
Incredibly Appealing Proof Type Coin
1891 $1 PR67+ Cameo PCGS. Frost-white motifs are set against
mirror-black fields, and the contrast is especially strong on the
reverse. Perhaps the only thing preventing Deep Cameo
classification is that the frosty on Liberty's portrait mellows
slightly on the jaw and neck. The coin boasts a full strike and is
devoid of mentionable marks or hairlines. PCGS reports only four
Deep Cameo examples of the 1891 Morgan dollar, and the finest is a
PR66+ coin (3/26). In the Cameo category, just two certifications
best the present PR67+ example. PCGS Population: 4 in 67 (2 in 67+)
Cameo, 2 finer (3/26).Ex: Dallas Signature (Heritage, 12/2024), lot 3069.(Registry values: N4719)
