Description

Appealing 1892 Dollar, PR65

1892 $1 PR65 NGC. The Morgan dollar saw a fairly high mintage of 1,245 proofs in 1892. The reflective fields of this Gem survivor highlight somewhat the design elements, rendering a pleasing overall appeal. While this issue often exhibits a below-average strike, the detail on this coin is quite sharp. Barely discernible soft golden-tan color occurs on the reverse, and each side is devoid of significant marks.(Registry values: N2998)
