Dazzling 1892 PR66 Morgan Dollar
1892 $1 PR66 NGC. Considerable cameo contrast appears on both sides of this black-and-silver proof, although it is more intense on the reverse and the obverse would perhaps, fall short of an official designation. A couple of scattered minor contact marks, one on the eagle's lower breast, preclude an even finer grade, but the strike is sharp. The largish proof production was 1,245 pieces, but the Premium Gem level of the present coin is seldom bettered.
