1898 $1 PR64 PCGS. Vivid electric-blue, plum-red, and orange
shades embrace this needle-sharp and untroubled near-Gem. A few
russet spots on the reverse are unobtrusive beneath the blanket of
rich colors. A scant 735 proofs were struck. Population: 49 in 64,
