Reflective Fields With Strong Details
1903 $1 PR64+ NGC. Choice Morgan proof examples from 1903
are prohibitively rare with cameo contrast, with NGC reporting only
six Cameo attributions for the issue and no Ultra Cameo examples
(2/25). Due in part to die polishing practices from 1902 to 1904 in
which the portrait of Liberty was also highly polished along with
the fields, the lack of contrast means that high-grade non-Cameo
coins are the finest typically available to collectors. This Choice
proof displays a bold strike, with Liberty and the eagle displaying
remarkably clean details. The fields have strong reflective
