Brilliant 1903 Morgan Dollar, PR64
1903 $1 PR64 PCGS. This Choice proof example has fully brilliant silver surfaces with no trace of toning on either side. A few faint hairlines and other tiny imperfections are all that keep it from the Gem grade level.
