Description

1904 Morgan Dollar, PR65
Glassy-Mirrored, Uncontrasted Proof

1904 $1 PR65 PCGS. An entirely brilliant Gem proof with no trace of toning on either side, this 1904 Morgan dollar represents the last year of brilliant proofs in the series. Little field-to-device contrast is evident as the Mint officers attempted to suppress such an appearance at the time. The silver-mirrored fields are unfathomably deep on this eye-catching example. Population: 32 in 65 (2 in 65+), 46 finer (12/23).
