1859 10C PR66+ PCGS. CAC. Scarce, from the second year of
proof set production for purposeful sale to collectors. The Premium
Gem surfaces yield deep reflectivity in the fields, highlighted by
vivid sun-gold, amber, violet, blue, and sea-green toning. The
strike is sharp, and the frosty devices are devoid of contact
marks. A Cameo designation might have been awarded were it not for
the beautiful toning throughout. Population: 18 in 66 (3 in 66+), 1
