1860 10C PR65 NGC. Faintly smoky ivory patina occurs over both sides. A well struck Gem proof that has noticeable cameo contrast, although this attribute is not noted on the insert. The first proof issue with the legend UNITED STATES OF AMERICA on the obverse. Census: 17 in 65, 26 finer (10/07).
