1860 10C PR66 PCGS. A satiny and needle-sharp Premium Gem that displays light to medium autumn-gold toning that deepens slightly at the margins. Although 1,000 proofs were struck, a sizeable portion of that emission was melted as unsold by the Mint. Housed in a first generation holder.
