1863 10C PR65 PCGS. Rich sea-green and tobacco-brown toning blankets this lovely Gem dime. The strike is close to complete, although a few grains are incomplete within the upper left reaches of the cereal wreath. A mere 460 proofs were coined for this Civil War date.
