strikes (18,000 minted) puts added pressure on the tiny proof
mintage of 1863 Seated dimes from date collectors. This dazzling
Superb Gem Ultra Cameo proof is technically and aesthetically among
the finest of the original issue of only 460 pieces. The
silver-white surfaces are deeply mirrored with frosty devices,
