Brilliant and Beautiful
1866 10C PR65 Ultra Cameo NGC. This stone-white Gem exhibits
icy devices and glassy fields. The strike is unimprovable, the
reverse is pristine, and both magnification and careful rotation
are required to perceive the few delicate obverse hairlines. The
1866 has a low mintage of 725 proofs and 8,000 commercial strikes.
