1866 10C PR67 NGC. The proof 1866 Seated dime is elusive at
the Superb Gem grade level, with or without cameo contrast. This
beautifully toned example is awash in hues of mint-gold,
ocean-blue, and lavender-gray. The design elements are bold and
frosty, showing modest contrast even through the rich patina.
