1867 10C Repunched Date, F-103, R.5, PR65 PCGS Secure. Rich apple-green, golden-brown, and lavender toning encompasses this nicely struck and exemplary Gem. One minute flan flaw is seen near the M in AMERICA. The date was initially entered with a downward slant, then largely effaced and repunched. Remnants of the initial logotype impression are most apparent above the base of the 1.Coin Index Numbers: (Variety PCGS# 539019, Base PCGS# 4760)
