    1868 10C F-104, R.3, PR66 PCGS. The date slopes downward and the S in STATES is not broken, identifying the F-104 variety. Only 600 proof Seated Liberty dimes were struck in 1868. This spectacular Premium Gem exhibits sharp design elements and deeply reflective fields throughout. The well-preserved surfaces show vivid greenish-gold centers, yielding to cerulean-blue at the rims. Population: 7 in 66, 0 finer (8/16).
