1869 10C PR64 ANACS. This is an attractive near-Gem, with lovely electric-blue, gold-tan, and red-brown iridescence over contact-free surfaces. Sharply struck with a few grade-limiting hairlines in the fields. A scarce proof dime issue, as just 600 pieces were struck.(Registry values: N991)
